Intro

Ever since the last time I created a blog where I examined my feelings about a 30 year old boy I dated over the space of 40 days, subsequently getting my head on straight and finding my true religious path in the process, I have been curious about what else can be learned in 40 days.


Finally an opportunity to make such a project has presented itself. It's not as innovative as the last time, there's no desperate loneliness or yearning to be with somebody who is no good for me this time, n fact I'm now a happily married man. This time it's just good old fashioned diet, exercise and generally getting in shape. Of course this is also in the interest of improving my mental health by getting active. My inactivity has got in the way of accomplishing anything. Procrastinating by spending hours on Reddit has resulted in not only not getting enough cardio, but also neglecting my vlogging career. I'm hoping to solve both problems by creating this blog. For the next 40 days I will have to make more forward progress, if nothing else than to have something to write about.


It is my firm hope that after 40 days of recording my diet, exercise and progress on vlogging, it will have become second nature to be more active and productive. It is important to remember however, that last time I did this the result was completely different to the one I had expected but a positive one nonetheless. Only time will tell. It is also worth noting that if I call tomorrow day one, then day 40 will be the last day of September, a neat finish. I look forward to documenting my progress.
